Pattina (S. P. 675)

1917-1919

This vessel retained the name she carried at the time of her acquisition.

(S. P. 675: tonnage 31; length 60'; beam 11'4"; draft 3'; complement 9; armament 1 machine gun)

Pattina, built by Luders Marine Construction Co., Stamford, Conn., in 1916, was acquired by the Navy from B.F. Schwarts on free lease on 10 September 1917. Given the identification number S. P. 675, she was placed in service  on 22 October 1917.

During World War I, Pattina operated on patrol along the Atlantic coast. She was returned to her owner on 19 February 1919.
