Caption: Model, 28.5" long, constructed by Captain H. L. Miller, a Mobile Bay pilot, during the 1920s. The model is on display at the Fort Morgan Historical Commission, Gulf Shores, Alabama. Although described by the owner as a model of the USS CONSTITUTION, this model appears to really represent a mid-19th century, ship-rigged, merchant vessel.
