Momo (S. P. 49)

Motor patrol boat Momo was built as Elsie IV by the New York Yacht, Launch, & Engine Co., Morris Heights; acquired by the Navy in free‑lease 11 July 1917; and commissioned 17 September, for use as a section patrol boat during World War I. With the completion of wartime service, she was stricken from the Naval Register and returned to her former owner, C. H. Crane, 11 February 1919.
