Admiral H.R. Stark, USN, was recorded for the V-Day (Germany) in London, England, on April 18, 1945.  Stark served as the Chief of Naval Operations from August 1939 to March 1942 and became Commander of the United States Naval Forces Europe following United States' enry into World War II.
