80-G-239299:  Invasion of Tinian, July-August 1944.   A U.S. Marine who died in the assault on Tinian Island is given the highest military honor – burial at sea.  Lieutenant Joseph P. F. Gallagher, USNR, Catholic Chaplain attached to the Second Marine Division reads the burial prayers, released  August 4, 1944.
