26-G-2519:  Normandy Invasion, German Prisoners, June 1944.  Nazi Prisoner Plies His Trade.  On board a Coast Guard manned Infantry Landing Craft bound from France to England, a German prisoner gives a haircut to Coast Guardsman Daryl A. Price.  A barber in Germany before he dropped his scissors to pick up a gun, the Nazi seems happy to get back to his trade.  He is on his way to internment in England, June 1944.  U.S. Coast Guard Photograph, now in the collections of the National Archives.  (11/18/2014).
