26-G-51543(3):  German U-boat, U-352, May 1942.     The captured crew of the German U-boat fall in for their first chicken in months.  They were brought ashore at Navy Yard, Charleston, South Carolina and fed after capture from their submarine was sunk by USCGC Icarus (WPC-110), May 9, 1942.     Official U.S. Coast Guard Photograph, now in the collections of the National Archives.  (2017/09/05).
