330-CFD-DN-ST-88-10218:  USS Stark (FFG-31).  A port quarter view of the guided missile frigate underway during sea trials after being repaired at Ingalls Shipbuilding, August 28, 1988.  The Stark was damaged when struck by two Iraqi-launched Exocet missiles while on patrol in the Persian Gulf.   U.S. Navy Photograph, now in the collections of the U.S. National Archives.
