330-CFD-DN-ST-88-07618:  Wreath-Laying Memorial, 1989.    Members of the color guard stand at attention during a wreath laying memorial service aboard the destroyer USS Stump (DD-978).  The ceremony is being held to honor the 37 sailors who lost their lives when the guided missile frigate USS Stark (FFG-31) was hit by an Iraqi-launched Exocet missile exactly one year ago.
