Glenn, Jr. shoots streams of water skyward to welcome the US Coast Guard (USCG) training bark USCG Eagle (WIX-327), not visible in view, to the Washington Navy Yard.  Moored at Pier No. 3 is the memorial destroyer USS Barry (DD-933) and moored at Pier 2 is the missile hydrofoil patrol boat USS Taurus (PHM-3).
