330-CFD-DN-ST-88-01116: Master Chief Storekeeper Alicia Aitken, 1988. Aitken was the senior enlisted advisor aboard the salvage ship USS Grapple (ARS-53), supervises a working party on the fantail. The Grapple is towing three minesweepers to the Persian Gulf to support U.S. Navy escort operations. Official U.S. Navy photograph, now in the collections of the National Archives.
