An industrial city in northern Indiana.

Mishawaka (YTB‑764) was laid down in February 1962, by the Southern Shipbuilding Corp., Slidell, La.; launched January 1963; and named Mishawaka, effective 17 January 1963. She reported for duty in the 11th Naval District, headquartered at San Diego, in April 1963, where she remains into 1969.
