Submit a Command Operations Report

Chief of Naval Operations Instruction (OPNAVINST) 5750.12K requires all Navy commands to submit an annual Command Operations Report (COR), formerly known as the Command History Report. Submission Method

Please note that CORs may be submitted through NHHC_COR@navy.mil or archives@navy.mil. The first address was created specifically for COR submission and questions. Paper copies of reports, Change of Command programs, CD-ROMs, photographs, etc. can be sent via commercial courier (FedEx or UPS) to the following address:

Commands submitting CORs that are classified Secret or below should submit electronically via SIPR to NHHC_COR@navy.smil.mil or archives@navy.smil.mil. For Top Secret/SCI submissions, please follow the guidelines listed below in Tips for Preparing Command Operations Reports or OPNAVINST 5750.12K, Enclosure (1).
