Chief of Naval Operations Instruction (OPNAVINST) 5750.12K requires all Navy commands to submit an annual Command Operations Report (COR), formerly known as the Command History Report. Commands submitting CORs containing top secret or SCI material should continue to follow OPNAVINST 5750.12K, Enclosure (1), section 7, parts c. through e. Remember to package and ship classified information in accordance with Secretary of the Navy Manual M-5510.36.
