Spray (steamer)

CSS Spray, a small, high-pressure steamer, operated in the vicinity of the naval station at St. Marks, Fla., during 1863-65, and was the object of much attention by the Federal forces in that vicinity. She was commanded by Lts. C. W. Hays, CSN, and H. L. Lewis, CSN. Spray surrendered to the Federal forces late in May 1865.
