"A detachment from the U.S. destroyers TOUCEY and BRECK, which have been visiting Plymouth, on Monday in observance of the American Memorial Day, marched to St. Andrew's Churchyard, where Commander W.C.I. Stiles placed a wreath on the tomb of Commander Allen, of the U.S. Navy, who died in action in 1813. Sounding the reveille. Commander Stiles is accompanied by the Mayor of Plymouth and the vicar, Rev. F. Whitfield Daukes, offered prayer."
