The following received from the Department, is published for your information:--
“Washington, D.C., June 18, 1898.
To Rear Admiral Sampson, U.S. Navy, Flagship New York, Key West.
Please direct that the accounts of all men that have been sent North to hospital by SOLACE be transferred to VERMONT.
