Christianized chief of the Oneida in the 18th century. He was friendly to the American colonists and persuaded the Oneida to remain neutral during the American Revolution.

The second Skenandoa (YTB-835) was laid down on 9 September 1974 at Marinette, Wis., by the Marinette Marine Corp. She is scheduled to be launched in April 1975 and to be completed the following August.
