Caprice (PG-90)

1946

Caprice (PG-90), formerly CN-308, was launched on 28 September 1942, by Kingston Shipbuilding Co., at Kingston, Ontario, Canada, for the U.S. Navy. Upon completion, however, Caprice was transferred to the Royal Navy on 28 May 1943 and commissioned as HMS Honesty. On 5 January 1946 the ship was returned to the U.S. Navy, which never commissioned her. Caprice was sold on 10 December 1946.
