Caption: At Naval base 27, Plymouth England in 1918. Photo taken on or soon after it was surrendered there on 22 November 1918. The ship was allocated to Britain under war reparations agreements and scrapped at Upnor, UK in 1923. Note the heavy 5.9" gun forward.
