Caption: World War I view of the Canadian Pacific liner, showing starboard view of camouflage scheme. Both ships served as AMC's 1914-1916 and transports 1918-1919. In 1940 they again became transports. EMPRESS OF ASIA was bombed and sunk 5 February 1942, and EMPRESS OF RUSSIA burned 8 September 1945.
