Caption: Shown in the winter of 1918-1919 with three Ferris- type 2500-ton wood tow barges (Emergency Fleet Corp. of the U.S. shipping board design 1067) on the ways: WELLESLEY (ex LUBEC); JONESPORT (ex CUTLER); and CUTLER (ex JONESPORT) (Emergency Fleet Corp. of the U.S. shipping board hulls 2323-5 respectively). A sister, LARRABEE, (Emergency Fleet Corp. of the U.S. shipping board hull 2326) was cancelled on 29 October 1918.
