Caption: Capture of the American armed merchantman MOLLY, mounting 18 12 pounders, by the French privateer LA BELLE POULE mounting 1 18 pounder under command of Captain T. Drousux. The MOLLY, LA BELLE POULE, and four vessels belonging to the king of Spain which arrived towards the end of the engagement, one mounting 1 18 pound mortar the other 2 4 pounders, feluccas mounting swivel guns, small feluccas which arrived after the engagement.
