USN 1111710 Conducting tests with a porpoise

A staff member of the Naval Missile Center Marine Biology Facility, Point Mugu, CA, conducts a test with a porpoise. Such checks on the health of the animals are important to success in the study of porpoise physiology. Results of this work are expected to contribute valuable information to naval science and "man under the sea programs". June 15, 1965.
