4709.     After two months’ service under war conditions, British naval officers using American radio telephones express great satisfaction with their efficiency. During recent eight days’ channel search, these telephones in successful service entire time though in hands of untrained personnel. Please send one trawling wire outfit and four sets radio telephone complete with batteries to: Commander US NAVAL FORCES in France, Brest, France,4 and mark shipment cable request number 4709 01205
