3931.  Following received from Commander in Chief Pacific Fleet2 QUOTE It is stated by Rear Admiral Frontin3 that the present intention is to leave for Gibraltar with division the early part April. For these vessels I suggest all codes and instructions be prepared ready for issue to them on arrival at that place. The character of co-operation of this division with our force will have a far reaching effect in relations between the two navies and in international relations UNQUOTE. 09016  3931
