Scope and Content Note

This collection contains the memoirs and associated materials of Eunice Dessez. Much of the collection consists of bound scrapbooks containing information on women who served in various armed forces unites during World War I. Included in the scrapbooks are letters, notes, envelopes, and lists of women in uniform. The collection also holds a copy of Dessez's 1956 book The First Enlisted Women, 1917-1918.
