Title: The body of Arthur Vester Boykin, Fireman 3rd Class, USN
Description: Ready for burial at sea. Fireman Boykin enlisted at New Orleans, Louisiana, on 9 January 1917. He died of lobar pneumonia on board USS Bath (ID # 1997, later AK-4) on 15 April 1918 and was buried at sea the next day. The original image is printed on post card (AZO) stock.
