Naval Construction Brigade - Post WWII Information
The Naval Construction Brigades were established as representatives of the Service Force Commander to exercise administrative control over assigned NMCBs and operational control when the battalions are homeported.
The staff performs the routine functions related to coordination of administration, training, project selection and logistic support for assigned units.
