Join us for this commemoration program as the museum looks at selected Vietnam-era uniforms from its permanent collection.  Learn about the Navy veterans who wore them, and the meaning of the associated military insignia and badges.  This program is in recognition of National Vietnam War Veterans Day and will be preceded by a reading of the day's proclamation by Naval History and Heritage Command Chief of Staff, Captain David "Spalding" Dull.

Established in 2017, National Vietnam War Veterans Day is observed annually on March 29.  NMUSN Collections Manager, Wesley Schwenk, and NMUSN Museum Technician, Suzanne Klinefelter will co-host the program.

This pre-recorded Facebook Premier program will be broadcast on the NMUSN Facebook page on the date and time indicated above.   As a Premier program, you will be able to ask questions and leave comments live while the program is in process.   If anyone has any problems accessing the museum's Facebook page, or if you have a question for the speaker, please send an email to david.barker@navy.mil
