USN 711006:  Artist’s Conception of Composite I Payload Separation Sequence showing Solar Radiation IV to the right, and top to bottom center, Army Corps of Engineers Ranging and Calibration Satellite, Lofti II and Injun II.  Surcal I is the drum like attachment at the base of the payload support structure.  The antenna protruding downward from the end of the rack is part of the Surcal instrumentation.
