This section details U.S. Navy aircraft based out of North and South Atlantic bases during the Battle of the Atlantic. The focus is predominately on PBY "Catalina, PB4Y "Liberator", and PBM "Mariner" aircraft. This section also contains imagery of the lighter-than-air aircraft, K-Type dirigibles.
