USS CONSTITUTION's flag coordinator honors all requests to fly national ensigns (U.S. flags) of recognized current and historic configurations, U.S. Navy Jacks and other flags of service, state and federal government agencies. We cannot fly flags of other nationalities or any flag which could bring discredit to the naval service.

All flags are required to have metal rings or grommets to allow the flag to be hoisted. Nylon, all-weather 3'X5' flags are available to purchase for $25. Cash or check made payable to "Constitution MWR". Each flag that we fly will be accompanied by a personalized certificate signed by the commanding officer. The required information to have a certificate made is as follows:

-Name, rank and warfare designation (i.e. CDR, ET1(SW), PFC, if applicable) of the individual the flag is being flown for.
-The occasion for the flag flying (reenlistment, retirement, commissioning, birthday, etc.)
-Specific date (if applicable) the flag is to be flown.
-A detailed return address.
-A detailed point of contact, including phone number.
-It is recommended that you attach a USPS Delivery Confirmation slip (PS Form 152) in order to track your package.
