Troup
(Brig: a. 16 guns)
Troup, a 16-gun brig whose builder is unknown, was acquired by the Navy in 1812 at Savannah, Ga., and was used as a guard and receiving ship there for the duration of the War of 1812. She was sold at Savannah in 1815.
