Halftone reproduction of a photographic montage, published on a postal card by the Special View Company, showing the ship and some of her crew after her 21 July 1905 boiler explosion.
Note the message written around the card's edges: "Dear Daisy: This is not very pretty but may be of interest in years to come. Sorry I could not see the Vaudeville. Hope it will be a 'howling' success. Yours - K.".
