Local excursion steamer General Lee (foreground) steaming past a line of Atlantic Fleet ships, during ceremonies welcoming the "Great White Fleet" home at the end of its World cruise.
The ship in the background is USS New Hampshire (Battleship # 25), which did not take part in the cruise around the World. Note that she wears the recently-introduced grey paint.
