The Naval Undersea Museum offers educational programs throughout the year for people of all ages ranging from grade school students to adults.

The education department serves students in public and private schools as well as those in home school programs.

Student programs include focus tours, art and construction project, films, and gallery tours.

The museum also participates in  special area-wide programs such  as Washington Water Weeks and Kids Adventures. 

The Teacher's Guide to the Naval Museum provides all the information a teacher will need to bring a class to the museum. The guide contains information about location, hours, parking, exhibits, artifacts, educational resources and more.

The museum's Youth Docent Program gives student's ages 13-16 the opportunity to learn about the museum while gaining valuable volunteer work experience.

Adult programs are centered on the Distinguished Speakers Series.
