Commercial Research Assistance

Because of Department of Defense downsizing, the Naval Historical Center is unable to provide extensive research of the records held in its collections. Records are available at the Center for examination by you or your representative during the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, except for federal holidays. The Reference Branches of the Center are closed on Wednesday to answer correspondence and for preservation of collections.

The following list of people have indicated their interest in providing historical research assistance at the Naval Historical Center or in the Washington, DC area for a fee.
