Miss Toledo, a wooden motorboat built in 1917 by Dechel Carter Co., Benton Harbor, Mich., was acquired by the Navy under free lease 30 April 1918 from R. M. Ellery, Toledo, Ohio. However, she had no active service before she was returned to her owner 14 December 1918.
