Edenshaw

 

Edenshaw was a well-known Haida Indian chief whose cordiality and trading abilities won him amity and wealth in dealing with the whites in British Columbia during the 19th century.

The second Edenshaw (YTB-752) was built by the Christy Corp., Sturgeon Bay, Wis., delivered to the Navy and placed in service 25 January 1960, and assigned to duty in the 5th Naval District where she served throughout 1960.
