City of Richmond was a blockade runner which the Confederacy chartered, probably in London, during the last year of the war. Sailing under Comdr. H. Davidson, CSN, she conveyed officers, crew, and military stores to the ironclad Stonewall off Quiberon, France in early January 1865.
