The Shenandoah-c\ass destroyer tender AD-35 was laid down on 1 December 1944 at Bremerton, Wash., by the Puget Sound Navy Yard and named Arrowhead on 16 December 1944. However, the contract for her construction was terminated on 11 August 1945. Subsequently, her incomplete hulk was broken up.
