Scope and Content Note

This collection contains correspondence, news clippings, publications, photos, personal correspondence, and souvenirs which document Rear Admiral Clark H. Woodward's Navy career. Woodward participated in the Spanish-American War of 1898 while a midshipman before graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1899.
