Scope and Content Note

This scrapbook was assembled during Chester Woeber's naval service from about 1914. He was a radio operator and repairman on USS Cinncinati during a portion of his career. The scrapbook contains photographs and souvenirs of Woeber's tour of duty in the Far East.
