Scope and Content Note
This collection contains the personal papers of Admiral Henry Wilson and his records as Commander of U.S. Naval Forces in France during the period of the Versailles Peace Conference in 1919. It includes documentation on his association with diplomatic personnel during the Conference and on the so-called "False Armistice" doctrine during this period.
