Scope and Content Note

This historical collection consists of a scrapbook and an official Navy photograph concerning Rita Clare Sardella's service in the WAVES from 1944 to 1945. The scrapbook includes cards, postcards, letters, information on training, orders and maps for duty stations, pressed flowers, handouts and pamphlets from places she visited, and newspaper clippings.
