Almost half of this collection consists of subject files, many of which relate to Dewitt Ramsey's career in naval aviation during the 1920s and 1930s. Also included are his personal flight logs, correspondence, speeches, articles he authored, orders, a small group of photographs, and miscellaneous publications.
