History comes alive at the U.S. Navy Museum!

Devoted to the display of naval artifacts, models, documents and fine art, the museum chronicles the history of the United States Navy from the American Revolution to the present conflicts. Interactive exhibits commemorate our Navy's wartime heroes and battles as well as peacetime contributions in exploration, diplomacy, navigation and humanitarian service.

The National Museum of the United States Navy will be closed on weekends until further notice. The museum will remain open during weekdays as scheduled. We regret the inconvenience and are working to rectify the situation as soon as possible. Please continue to check back for updates as they are made available.
